Roomix Development is launching a new residential complex, Roomix Vazha-Pshavela, located at 53 Vazha-Pshavela Avenue, directly opposite City Mall.
At this stage, demolition works of the existing old building on the site are underway. The construction is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027.
The project consists of two 12-story blocks, connected by a shared two-level underground parking facility. The ground floor will host commercial spaces, while the upper 11 floors will feature apartments and several offices. The complex is designed to accommodate approximately 250 families.
The construction is being financed by the Bank of Georgia.
