The demand for modern and functional living spaces in Tbilisi is steadily increasing. One of the leading companies in the sector, Roomix Development, is responding to this growing need by developing high-quality residential complexes in the city's central districts.
At present, the company is working on two ongoing projects:
"Roomix on Tsintsadze", which is in its final stage of construction with apartment handovers planned in two months, and
"Roomix on Vazha-Pshavela", where construction is actively underway and the project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027.
