Roomix Development's Residential Complex “Roomix Vazha-Pshavela” is being built at 53 Vazha-Pshavela Avenue, directly across from City Mall. Thanks to its central location, the project is ideal both for living and investment purposes, as it is situated in one of the most in-demand areas of the city. Currently, preparatory work for the foundation is underway. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027. Bank of Georgia finances the construction.

The following works have been completed in the project: • Installation of aluminum doors and windows; • Wall plastering and ceiling finishing in the apartments; • Installation of balcony railings. On the 11th floor, screed flooring is currently being installed. In addition, façade works and the installation of interior doors in the apartments are actively underway.
